Mario Buttigieg
Managing Director & Founder
Mario has over 35 years’ experience in corporate and financial services and is the Managing Director and Founder of Fiduscorp.
He occupied a number of senior management and executive directorship positions in banking, financial service, investment funds, securitisation, corporate and trusts business in Malta & the UK, this including with HSBC and other multinational and regulated companies.
Mario holds a Business Commerce degree and an Accountancy (Hons) degree from the University of Malta and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Christophe Schwoertzig
Director
Christophe is a director, with 30 years' background in management and strategy consulting, corporate, M&A, fundraising, corporate finance and strategy consultancy and founder at VC-A.
Additionally, he was Principal at Cairneagle Associates in UK focusing on strategy & investments, Managing Consultant at Cagemini Ernst & Young in UK, entrusted with transformation consulting, business and information strategy. He started as Managing Consultant with Accenture in Spain.
Christophe holds an MBA from IESE Business School and an engineering degree from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in France.
Adrian Mallia
Director
Adrian is the non-executive director at Fiduscorp with over 25 years' experience in directorship, banking and asset management.
He recently held the role of CIO and Portfolio Manager with an Asset Management firm and was previously the CEO of an FX online brokerage business and the Head of Wealth Solutions at a bank in Malta. He started his career with HSBC Malta and Luxembourg.
Adrian holds an MSc in Banking & International Finance from City University Business School in London and a BCom (Hons) in Banking and Finance from the University of Malta.
